What to Do

While you are in town, we would love to show off the city we love. Below you will find links to several or our most favorite places in town. We hope you get the chance to have a Circle Coffee, a Wheel Barrel lunch, a new favorite book from Roundtable,
and a Norseman beer.

Circle Coffee

This is our favorite coffee shop in Topeka.
A must visit for the best espresso, lattes, and pastries in town.

Hazel Hill Chocolates

Cole's most favorite stop for delicious chocolates. Wonderful for special occasions and everyday.

The Wheel Barrel

One of our most favorite spots for lunch, dinner, mid-day and late night cocktails.
The food never disappoints, and the drinks are always great.

Norseman Brewing Company

A great stop for a bite and a pint, or more. More than just the local brewery, this place is an anchor of our neighborhood.

TupTim Thai

Our usual date night haunt, and one of the best restaurants in Topeka. If you have the time to squeeze in a dinner here, you wont be disappointed.

The Pennant

A date night go-to, but perfect anytime you walk in the door of this downtown staple. The food is great, and the vintage arcade upstairs is so much fun. Garrett has a completely undeserved high score on a pinball machine here!

Round Table Bookstore

A perfect little independent bookstore, and
dangerous to Cole's wallet.
Located in the NOTO Arts & Entertainment District, and also right across the street from our house.

Salut Wine & Cocktail Lounge

Started by a group of retired teachers, this place in Westboro has become one of our favorite fancy night out spots. Never a disappointment, and the Speakeasy bar in the basement is always a good time.
